2023 Annual Meeting minutes

7 Town residents were in attendance.

 

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Marty Milanowski.

The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

A date, time and place for 2024Annual Meeting was set.    The Town electors decided on the    date of April 16, 2024 at 6:00 pm at the Eileen Conference Hall.  A motion to hold the 2024 Annual meeting on April 16, 2024 was made by Jim Nemec and a second by Tom Beronich.

The Town electors looked over the 2022 minutes and approved the 2022 minutes.  A motion to accept the minutes was Tom Beronich with a second by Jim Nemec.

Marty Milanowski swore in the new Clerk Shannon Schneeberger and she in turn swore in the rest of the officials.

Marty Milanowski Town Chairmen gave a report on the conditions of the town roads.  A road inspection will be held in the next couple of weeks.  Bids will be put out for 2500 yards of gravel for the roads.  Some projects that the board would like to see completed is blacktop Twilliger Road.  Already ground and culverts should be good.  Future blacktop the road coming into the town hall.  Hillsdale road should be built up. Equipment in good shape nothing broke down.  Some of the equipment is 3 dump trucks, grader, boom brusher, pay loader.  We had no culverts wash out with the spring flooding.  Marty would like to see crushed concrete for road base as it holdsup better.  Still looking at the possibility of a salt sand shed in the future.

Carol Pufall treasure gave an overview of the towns finances.

A review of the Financial Statement was presented to the Town Electors.

Marty Milanowski went over with the residents about Noxious Weeds.  If there are any Noxious Weeds on your property they should be removed.

Residents were given an opportunity to bring concerns to the board.
