Marty Milanowski, town chairman, gave a report on the condition of the roads. A road inspection will be held in the next week. Randy has been out grading. The township is looking at chip sealing and/or wedging a few roads such as Hagstrom to Whipperfurth, possibly Highland Road by Karaseks where the holes are currently. Will be consulting Scott’s Construction for this. Highway 137 will be blacktopped this year and possibly Arganbright Road by Northwoods Paving. Culverts that need replacing, one of which will be on Colby Road. Also, Colby Road bridge has been inspected and has not been found to be eligible for Federal funding at this time. Will look at just patching for now. All the equipment is in good condition and updated. We have one more payment on the grader. Brusher is leased to buy right now.
Shannon Schneeberger, Clerk, reported the first election this year went well. The next election will be held in August, followed by the presidential election in November.
A review of the Financial Statement was presented to the Town Electors.

Questions were asked and answered regarding the gravel bids and future placement of gravel on roads, particularly Range Road, and where will be getting gravel from this year.
