A motion to accept the March 11, 2025, meeting minutes was made by Kathy Johanik, Skip Radosevich seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Treasurer report – Carol Pufall, Town Treasurer, gave an overview of the town’s finances. Checking account is at $195,765.33. Money market account is at $26,529.77. Shannon’s credit card needs to be reissued, there was a mix-up from the bank when it was ordered.

Supervisor report – Skip Radosevich reported a light needs to be replaced at the town garage, septic was pumped, and propane should last until summer fill.

Kathy Johanik reported Randy is going to replace the old compressor in the Kelly truck with a new one as the old one is shot. The new one is here. Kelly truck had a flat tire and went to Zifko’s to get it fixed so he can use it now. He was out sanding on Monday. The 1 ton was at Ashland Ford for routine checkup and oil change and is back now. Randy also welded the rod on the side so they can close the gate. They took the wing off the grader today because winter is over. Two new front tires for the Kelly truck as well. Benny Dufford called to say that the road crews did a good job this year.

Clerk report – Election went well. Thank you to all of our poll workers for all their hard work. Anne Wickman has let me know the April 1st election was her last one she will be working, but if in a pinch we can try to contact her to come in if necessary. We currently have 4 poll workers available, and Kathy Johanik has taken over as chief inspector going forward. WEC had an inspector at our last election who reported that we needed a van accessible sign out front on the building. They sent us an email with specifics of their findings and need to comply with the signage by the next election next year. Kathy, Skip, Marty, and Shannon all attended the BOR training for this year so we are good for the upcoming Board of Review in May.

Old business – Annual meeting will be held Thursday, April 17, 2025, at 6 p.m.

Open Book/Board of Review – Jennie Sanders, assessor, will be present for the Open Book to be held on May 2, 2025, from 4-6 p.m. and Board of Review to be held on May 20, 2025, from 6-8 p.m.

New business – None.

Public Input: Jodi Niemi is requesting road repair to be done in the future as there has been water over the road and it is eroding.

Approve checks and pay bills – motion made by Skip Radosevich, seconded by Kathy Johanik. Motion carried.
