VI          Old Business:

1. Additional quote for new furnaces for the Eileen Conference Hall from Blakeman Plumbing and Heating

VII          New Business:

1. Approval and swearing in of election workers for a 2-year term
2. Lake Superior Big Top Chautauqua information sent via mail to present to the board and attendees
3. RAISE grant letter of support approval
