Meeting called to order by Marty Milanowski, Chairperson. Pledge of Allegiance.

Review of minutes from the November 11, 2024, regular meeting and budget meeting.

A motion to accept the November 11, 2024, regular meeting and budget meeting minutes was made by Kathy Johanik, Skip Radosevich seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Treasurer report – Carol Pufall, Town Treasurer, gave an overview of the town’s finances. Checking account is at $162,401.98. Money market account is at $26,403.67. Taxes are done and have been mailed out.

Supervisor report – Furnace filters possibly needing to be changed at the town hall, otherwise no complaints from the garage as far as maintenance issues.

Kathy Johanik reported everything is up and running properly and everything is now winterized and ready.

Clerk report – Board of Review training will be coming up again on April 5th, need to send in who is attending. Town hall is being rented out on Monday, December 23rd for a birthday party and again on December 28th for a party. Need to make sure someone is available to let them in and that all supplies for bathrooms are stocked and ready.

Old business – None.

New business – Adoption of resolution for town acceptance of Business Park/Arganbright Road upon completion. Motion made by Skip Radosevich to accept the resolution, seconded by Kathy Johanik. Motion carried.

Town caucus date set for Tuesday, January 21, 2025, for the spring election.

Public Input: Mason Niemi asked about getting some gravel on Raspotnik Road in the spring.

Approve checks and pay bills – motion made by Skip Radosevich, seconded by Kathy Johanik. Motion carried.

Motion to adjourn – motion made by Kathy Johanik, seconded by Skip Radosevich. Motion carried.
