Meeting called to order by Marty Milanowski, Chairperson.

Review of minutes from the Tuesday December 13, 2022 regular meeting. Motion to accept minutes as read by Skip Radosevich , second by Jim Kmetz. Motion carried.
Carol Pufall, Town Treasurer, gave overview of town’s finances. The balance in the checking account at this time is $526,449.67. Expenditures coming out of that will be $271,000.00 to the county and schools. The treasurer alson reminded the board that a grader payment of $49,863.06 will be going out in February.
Skip Radosevich, Town Supervisor, making progress on the fixtures for bathrooms, a new faucet in the kitchen, Dawn Homich will start painting the bathrooms. Mirrors will be purchased for the bathrooms. The furnace for the office and bathrooms is working. The snow coming off the roof of the town garage needs to be addressed.
Equipment maintenance: Jim Kmetz Supervisor reported the hose on the sander was changed. Kelly truck will be maintained when time is available. Blades have been ordered and will be changed for the plow.
Donna Anderson Office: Reminder that the caucus will be held on 1-17-2023. There will be a primary election on February21, 2023. In the process of getting the year end reports and w-2’s ready.
Old Business: Town caucus January 17, 2023
New Business:: Discussion on a chair person to run the caucus. Ann Wickman was one possibility and David Knath.
Brian Jensen brought a building permit for a house and garage on his property. Motion made by Skip Radosevich and a second by Jim Kmetz to approve the building permit. Motion carried.
Public Input: Joe Mattson talked with the board about whether a new assessor will be hired for the Town of Eileen. He felt that his concerns and others have not been addressed by our present assessor. The concerns were taken into consideration and this will be put on the next town meeting agenda.
Approve and Pay Bills: Skip Radosevich made a motion to approve and pay bills, a second by Jim
Kmetz. Motion carried.
A motion to adjourn was made by Jim Kmetz and a second by Skip Radosevich. Meeting adjourned.
