Caucus 6:00 pm @ Bayfield County Eileen Conference Hall

 

1. Call meeting to order
2. Pledge of Allegiance

• Election of Caucus Chair

1. Appointment of two Tellers
2. Agreement on method to break a tie vote (coin toss, drawing lots, second vote, etc.)
3. Agreement on how nominations will be received (by motion and seconded or by writing names on a slip of paper)

• Agreement on voting method, if required (hands or by written ballot)
• Nomination for Town Chair (1 position)

1. Nomination for Supervisors (2 positions)
2. Nomination for Clerk (1 position)
3. Nomination for Treasurer (1 position)

• Announcement of those nominated
• For 1 position, voting needed if more than 2 candidates. For supervisor positions, voting needed if more than 4 candidates—voting if required, by office
• Announcement of successful nominees
