Meeting called to order by Marty Milanowski, Chairperson. Pledge of Allegiance.

Review of minutes from the June 11, 2024, regular meeting.

A motion to accept the June 11, 2024, minutes was made by Kathy Johanik, Skip Radosevich seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Treasurer report – Carol Pufall, Town Treasurer, gave an overview of the town’s finances. Checking account is at $117,924.73. Money market account is at $26,130.90 plus interest. Carol requesting reimbursement for additional ink for her printer.

Supervisor report – Skip Radosevich had no updates to report.

Kathy Johanik reported all equipment is running well. They guys are out prepping roads for new culverts to be put in on Colby Road and Chapek Road.

Clerk report – Received email from Ramona Shackleford stating the town hall was a great venue for their event, and she thanked us for our help.

Old business – None.

New business – None.

Public Input: August meeting has been confirmed for Monday, August 12, 2024, due to the election being held on our normal date of August 13, 2024. Potholes have been filled on roads. The end of July/early August chip sealing will begin on sections of Hagstrom Road to Whipperfurth and Sickich Road.

Approve checks and pay bills – motion made by Skip Radosevich, seconded by Kathy Johanik. Motion carried.
