Meeting called to order by Marty Milanowski, Chairperson. Pledge of Allegiance.

Review of minutes from the April 9, 2024, regular meeting.
A motion to accept the April 9, 2024, minutes was made by Kathy Johanik, Skip Radosevich seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Treasurer report – Carol Pufall, Town Treasurer, gave an overview of the town’s finances. Checking account is at $112,282.59. Money market account is at $26,034.70.
Supervisor report – Skip Radosevich reported that the mailbox at the town garage is still holding up well after being fixed. He has now fixed the posting board on Colby Road and looking into possibly replacing the plexiglass there as well, as it is pretty scratched up.
Kathy Johanik reported the equipment is all running well. The guys have been hauling gravel out on roads. Dumpster day is Saturday if anything needs to be hauled to be disposed of.
Clerk report – The voting equipment was dropped off at the Annex building in Washburn for maintenance at the request of Lynn Devine, county clerk. This will be picked up tomorrow morning by Marty Milanowski and brought back to the office if it is ready.
Old business – None.
New business – Discussion of charging rental fee for Eileen Conference Hall to the public was discussed. Recommendation of a fee of $150 to be charged up front was made with $100 being refunded if everything is cleaned up and taken care of after the event. Motion to accept this recommendation was made by Skip Radosevich, seconded by Kathy Johanik. Motion carried.
Liquor license application and fee received from Sports Hollow. Motion to approve Sports Hollow liquor license was made by Kathy Johanik, seconded by Skip Radosevich. Motion carried.
Public Input: Mason Niemi asked about road conditions when they were checked and Marty discussed the town’s plan for wedging and chip sealing in the future.
Approve checks and pay bills – motion made by Skip Radosevich, seconded by Kathy Johanik. Motion carried.
Motion to adjourn – motion made by Kathy Johanik, seconded by Skip Radosevich. Motion carried.
