Meeting called to order by Marty Milanowski, Chairperson. Pledge of Allegiance.

Review of minutes from Tuesday, February 10, 2026, regular meeting and closed session meeting. A motion to accept the February 10, 2026, meeting minutes was made by Kathy Johanik, Skip Radosevich seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Treasurer report – Carol Pufall, Town Treasurer, gave an overview of the town’s finances. Checking account is $165,300.01. Money market account is $26,845.99 plus interest.
Supervisor report – Skip Radosevich reported that Troy Weber was out to look at the heater in the garage. The intake was bad and they talked about redirecting the intake line to the East side to prevent it from icing up. He will be putting together a quote and bill for servicing the existing one. He also attended the meeting at the Ashland Fire Department to discuss upcoming township contracts and shared information he was given. He stated the budget being discussed currently is $2 million a year for the Fire Department and they will be continuing discussions at the next meeting scheduled for the 24th. Marty will be attending that meeting.
Kathy Johanik reported once again problems with the Kelly truck, the starter went, which was ordered and came in and they were working on that yesterday. They changed the air compressor and fixed the air lines. George bolted a shield to cover the lines. They are plastic shields and will keep them from getting warm and melting. The muffler has a hole in it and gas tank can only fill so high. Things are starting to rust but Randy is looing where parts are more reasonable for future fixes. Took 4-4-1/2 hours and had out today scraping ice. Rear seal on payloader is leaking and needs fixing. Weight limit signs are up.
Clerk report – Election coming up April 7th. I will not be here for it but will getting everything ready for it, mailing out absentee ballots, etc. before I leave and Donna will be helping out the day of the election in my absence. If anyone needs to vote in-person absentee the last day I will be available is April 2nd. I called WTA and they credited back the overcharge on our credit card for the annual training. SAMS has been updated. SLRF is now in the closing process after I submitted the final report. The 2% Fire Dues and Injury/Illness reports have been filed. Upcoming Open Book and BOR notices have been posted on boards and website. Marty, Skip, Kathy and myself will be attending the annual BOR training in Cable on March 28th.
Old business – None.
New business – Road use agreement between Town of Eileen and Enbridge Energy for access approval of Mesik Road. Motion made by Kathy Johanik to approve, seconded by Skip Radosevich. Motion carried.
UDC Building Inspection Costs for One and Two Family Dwellings – Inspector Rob Agency LLC. Inspector Rob wants to raise fees/rates for building inspection costs. Rates and information discussed with meeting attendees. Motion made by Kathy Johanik to approve, seconded by Skip Radosevich. Motion carried.
Open Book/Board of Review – Jennie Sanders, assessor, will be present for Open Book to be held on Friday, May 8, 2026, from 4-6 p.m. and Board of Review to be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 from 6-8 p.m.
Public Input – Mason Niemi commented on the camera installed on State Farm Road. Carol Pufall let us know that Esther Arganbright had contacted her with complaints and wanted them to be addressed with the rest of the board.
Approve checks and pay bills – motion made by Skip Radosevich, seconded by Kathy Johanik. Motion carried.
