A motion to accept the April 16, 2024, annual meeting minutes was made by Tom Beronich, a second by Mark Schneeberger. Motion carried.

A date, time, and place for the 2026 annual meeting was set. The Town electors decided on the date of April 21, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Eileen Conference Hall. A motion to hold the 2026 annual meeting on Tuesday April 21, 2026, was made by Mark Schneeberger, a second by Tom Beronich. Motion carried.

Marty Milanowski, town chairman, gave a report on the condition of the roads from the recent road inspection done this week Tuesday. Everything looking pretty good. Gravel will be ordered. Will be accepting bids on blacktopping north and south Sajdak Road. Will also be looking into blacktopping Kanes Road and possibly the end of Colby Road and Highland Road. Looking into applying for an Ag grant or LRIP funding in the future. Will be starting a cleanup project at the town garage outside. Yachinich Road will need culvert/drain repaired or replaced soon. Township lawnmower transmission went out/no longer in working condition. Looking at the cost of repairing it versus purchasing a new one. The warranty no longer covers repairs as the mileage is over. Already obtained a few quotes on some new ones and possibly purchasing in the near future. Town residents favored purchasing new one versus the cost of fixing the old one, as there were more issues than just the transmission.

A review of the Financial Statement prepared by the clerk was presented to the Town Electors.

Treasurer report – No updates.

Supervisor report – No updates.

Clerk report – Liquor license applications have been sent out.

Marty Milanowski went over with the residents about Noxious Weeds. If there are any Noxious Weeds on your property they should be removed.

Residents were given an opportunity to bring concerns to the board.
