Meeting called to order by Marty Milanowski, Chairperson. Pledge of Allegiance.

Review of minutes from the December 10, 2024, regular meeting.

A motion to accept the December 10, 2024, regular meeting minutes was made by Kathy Johanik, Skip Radosevich seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Treasurer report – Carol Pufall, Town Treasurer, gave an overview of the town’s finances. Checking account is at $587,953.22. Money market account is at $26,438.44. Large tax payments being made to Bayfield County, Ashland School District, and Northwood Technical College.

Supervisor report – Skip Radosevich reported while checking in at the shop there is a light burned out inside. Other than that the heat was working fine and everything good.

Kathy Johanik reported Randy and George are working on the front end loader. Painting and fixing rusty spots. Looks good so far what they are doing. George and Marty were going to change the shoes on the front end loader yesterday. Randy is doing some work on the Kelly truck. The blade bottoms on the end are wearing so he is going to turn them around to get the solid end on the end. Randy went out yesterday sanding intersections. Snow plowing Sunday went very well. Derek did very good. Also when she was at the shop Monday they had problems with the door behind the front end loader closing Sunday. Got it fixed.

Clerk report – Reminder of the town caucus Tuesday, the 21st, at 6 p.m. Received very nice thank you note from Teri, Mary, Sue, & Carla Simoneau with a donation for using the town hall for a birthday party for their family member. The hall will be needed for Bayfield County 4H group on January 26th from 6-8 p.m.

Old business – None.

New business – None.

Public Input: Paul Hnath inquired about updates regarding the Business Park and new businesses coming in.

Approve checks and pay bills – motion made by Kathy Johanik, seconded by Skip Radosevich. Motion carried.
