Meeting called to order by Marty Milanowski, Chairperson. Pledge of Allegiance.

Review of minutes from Tuesday, May 13, 2025, regular meeting.

A motion to accept the May 13, 2025, meeting minutes was made by Kathy Johanik, Skip Radosevich seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Treasurer report – Carol Pufall, Town Treasurer, gave an overview of the town’s finances. Checking account is at $189,076.19. Money market account is at $26, 627.36.

Supervisor report – Skip Radosevich reported no updates.

Kathy Johanik reported the mower tractor has been fixed. All other equipment is running good.

Clerk report – Thank you Kathy and shop guys for helping me update our equipment list for the insurance company, as it was outdated. This was submitted and we should be hearing back from them soon with an updated policy.

Old business – None.

New business – Approve liquor licenses for Sports Hollow and Black Bears Ashland Inn. Kathy Johanik made a motion to approve the liquor licenses, Skip Radosevich seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Public Input: Marty noted that the work on Raspotnik road was delayed but will be done soon. Greg Hebert gave an update on Sajdak Road stating Northwoods has done a wonderful job so far but they are not finished yet. Paving has been paused possibly until July sometime when they will be returning for a second layer on the south side and then the north side and driveways.

Approve checks and pay bills – motion made by Skip Radosevich, seconded by Kathy Johanik. Motion carried.
