VI.  Old Business:

1. Open Book/Board of Review – Jennie Sanders, assessor, will be present for Open Book to be held on Friday, May 8, 2026, from 4-6 p.m. and Board of Review to be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, from 6-8 p.m.
2. Annual meeting to be held Tuesday, April 21, 2026.

1. Firefighter/EMS Contract Negotiations Update
2. Resolution to Protect Local Roads – Town Board Resolution Supporting a Comprehensive and Sustainable Transportation Funding Solution
3. Conditional Use Application for after-the-fact installation of above-ground bulk storage tanks for petroleum products and on-site storage of empty propane tanks submitted by Midland Services Inc, owner, and Trent Allen, agent.
4. Mason and Jodi Niemi – Raspotnik Road
