Meeting called to order by Marty Milanowski, Chairperson. Pledge of Allegiance.

Review of minutes from Tuesday, July 8, 2025, regular meeting.
A motion to accept the July 8, 2025, meeting minutes was made by Kathy Johanik, Skip Radosevich seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Treasurer report – Carol Pufall, Town Treasurer, gave an overview of the town’s finances. Checking account is $66,788.14. Money market account is $26, 675.48. We had some big bills that were paid including fire/ambulance and Northwoods Paving for Sajdak Rd work. We also received a thank you from Barb Suminski for rental of the hall with a check for $200.
Supervisor report – Skip Radosevich reported the mailbox at the shop has now been fixed. He also is questioning if we can widen the corners of Whipperfurth Rd and Hwy 137, as the gravel is being kicked out on road from heavy farm equipment being hauled. Will be looking at putting some hot mix and patch it in the near future.
Kathy Johanik reported since the last meeting the pay loader went back in for an oil leak and was back the next day. It has been working good since then. George finished two cuts July 14thand started the final four cuts. The guys started some crack sealing. They did it one hot day and are going to wait until it is a little cooler. Last Monday there were a couple of bales of hay in the ditch on Colby Rd that got cleaned up by Luke. George straightened some signs that were leaning, one of them the 10 Speed coming into the hall so can cut around it now. He also put up a new handicap sign out front as the other was faded pretty bad.
Clerk report – Last Friday voting equipment was dropped off at the annex building in Washburn for yearly maintenance. This will need to be picked back up this week. Marty agreed to pick it up on Thursday and drop it back off at the office.

Public Input: Mason Niemi asked if more gravel will be put on Raspotnik Road. Marty stated gravel was already put down but will look into it if more needed.
Approve checks and pay bills – motion made by Skip Radosevich, seconded by Kathy Johanik. Motion carried.
