Meeting called to order by Marty Milanowski, Chairperson. Pledge of Allegiance.

Review of minutes from Tuesday, December 9, 2025, regular meeting.   A motion to accept December 9, 2025, meeting minutes was made by Kathy Johanik, Skip Radosevich seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Treasurer report – Carol Pufall, Town Treasurer, gave an overview of the town’s finances. Checking account is $588,306.12. Money market account is $26,798.17.

Supervisor report – Skip Radosevich reported the septic needed to be pumped at the garage but the alarm didn’t go off until after it was pumped. The heat wasn’t working on one side of the building and it was the thermostat batteries that were dead and needed to be changed and it was back working. Both propane tanks are filled, doors are all working.

Kathy Johanik reported equipment is okay so far. The Kelly truck will need work like back brakes, a leaking seal and new air compressor which they have parts for. Marty said he is going to be taking it to the county.

Clerk report –  Next election is April 7, 2026.

Public Input – Jodi Niemi commented they are in the process of building and was upset with the permit prices that have gone up for land use and found $2100 for their permit was expensive compared to other counties she researched. She found our county to be the highest of several she looked at in the state which were only a few hundred dollars. She has been in contact with Ruth from Zoning and will be in contact with other board members regarding this and attending a future Zoning meeting to discuss this further.

Approve checks and pay bills – motion made by Kathy Johanik, seconded by Skip Radosevich.  Motion carried.
