Meeting called to order by Marty Milanowski, Chairperson. Pledge of Allegiance.

Review of minutes from Wednesday, June 11, 2025, regular meeting.
A motion to accept the June 11, 2025, meeting minutes was made by Kathy Johanik, Skip Radosevich seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Treasurer report – Carol Pufall, Town Treasurer, gave an overview of the town’s finances. Checking account is $170,937.48. Money market account is $26, 675.48.
Supervisor report – Skip Radosevich reported buildings are all good, propane has been filled. He took a ride to Ashland/Bayfield Road and it is not in good shape. He was told the project currently being done there should be done in a total of 60 days, so approximately next month it should be finished. Marty stated he spoke to the foreman and the road will be fixed by them when all finished. He also noted that Woodland, Highland, and Whipperfurth roads all have various bad cracks in them that will need to be addressed before winter.
Kathy Johanik reported on June 25th McCoys came to pick up the payloader. It was making a grinding noise from the rubber hose going into the turbo, the clamp came off. This was fixed and is running good now. Randy changed the filter and oil on the riding lawn mower. Randy has been grading roads, taking care of fallen trees, and also filling in some holes for residents. Everything is running good now.
Clerk report – Town hall rental requested for July 18th/19th. Someone will need to be available to let them in the building.
Old business – El Charro restaurant no-showed for their requested appearance to appeal to the board for delinquent liquor license approval. Application and check was hand delivered/received on June 30th, and the check has now cleared. Motion to approve their liquor license was made by Kathy Johanik, seconded by Skip Radosevich. Motion carried.
New business – None.
