Meeting called to order by Marty Milanowski, Chairperson. Pledge of Allegiance.

Review of minutes from April 8, 2025, regular meeting.

A motion to accept the April 8, 2025, meeting minutes was made by Kathy Johanik, Skip Radosevich seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Treasurer report – Carol Pufall, Town Treasurer, gave an overview of the town’s finances. Checking account is at $206,054.51. Money market account is at $26, 577.72. Shannon’s credit card came in.

Supervisor report – Skip Radosevich reported the cleanup project at the garage is ongoing and going good. Will be getting blocks from Todd’s to organize everything in the back.

Kathy Johanik reported equipment is all running good. The guys have been hauling gravel on the roads.

Clerk report – No updates.

Old business – Board of Review – Jennie Sanders, assessor, will be present for the Board of Review to be held on May 20, 2025, from 6-8 p.m.

New business – Northwoods Paving submitted a bid for North and South Sajdak Road for paving and shouldering for $121,629.20. Motion to accept this bid made by Skip Radosevich, seconded by Kathy Johanik. Motion carried.

Public Input: Marty noted that new culverts will be put in on Yachinich and Raspotnik Roads along with some gravel. Northwoods Paving let the town residents know they anticipate both North and South Sajdak Rd will be done in the next 3-4 weeks, with the South side being done first.

Approve checks and pay bills – motion made by Skip Radosevich, seconded by Kathy Johanik. Motion carried.
